Bradenton Loft is now complete.(8/5/2024)

Bradenton Lofts has been fully completed. We would like to thank the City of Bradenton officials and all those involved in helping this project come fruition. Our tenants who have been waiting patiently are now moving in and we are thrilled to welcome them to their new home. We believe this is a great addition to the goal of creating more housing units in the downtown area of City of Bradenton. Our management team has done a great job on the ground on this project.

We will be announcing more similar projects in the coming weeks in the City of Bradenton.
