Bradenton Lofts in the news (12/1/2023)

In the recent years, the City of Bradenton has experienced a hight level of housing shortage, especially in the affordable segment. Bradenton Loft delivery date and its speed have become a focus of the local press in the Tampa and Bradenton region. Bradenton Lofts has experienced an organic and robust demand for its 40 multifamily apartments that will be available to the market in the first quarter of 2024. The project intends to address some of the shortage of housing in the Downtown Bradenton area.
