H4ME's multifamily project in Greensboro, NC was a shovel-ready project.

The great work we had done on the design and development process of the project attracted multiple interested parties to buy the land and continue with construction phase. It was in the best interest of our group to sell this project and allocate the funds into other prospective projects.
